Counseling for Individual Adults (Age 18+)
Kayla has a specialty helping individuals navigate trauma and symptoms of post-traumatic stress.  Kayla is specifically trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is an evidence-based practice designed to assist clients with trauma processing. Kayla is also experienced in helping those that experience debilitating anxiety, including generalized anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias.

Mary helps clients navigate grief and loss, identity exploration, and major life changes. She enjoys helping clients build self-esteem, process relational and family of origin concerns, and heal from trauma. She hopes for every client to embody a sense of meaning and connection. Mary also loves to help clients who are looking for help managing anxiety and depression.

Leonie enjoys working with issues related to: grief and loss, anxiety, life changes and decision making, codependency, relational and family of origin issues, emotional regulation, and building self esteem. She is inspired by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
