Star Meadow Counseling is conveniently located in downtown Hudson. Our office can be found on the bottom floor of the building at 511 2nd Street, Suite 012, Hudson, WI 54016. An elevator is available for accessibility in the building.

- Take Exit 1 from I-94 West to WI-35 N/2nd St S/I-94 ALT.

When you arrive, take the elevator or stairs to the bottom floor of the building. You will find our counseling offices in Suite 012. Once at our suite, you’ll have a seat in the chair outside our office and your therapist will come get you at your appointment time.
