Ellen is a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in ADHD therapy. She has spent many years supporting adults with anxiety, perfectionism, difficult relationships and narcissistic abuse, self-confidence, identity, and life transitions. Over time, she discovered a particular passion for helping clients with ADHD, executive functioning, and the practical challenges of getting unstuck and moving forward. Her current openings focus on structured, solution-focused guidance, and executive functioning support for college students and adults who want help getting organized, finding direction, and following through.

Ellen continues her depth-oriented therapy work with established clients but is not currently accepting new clients seeking traditional ongoing therapy focused primarily on anxiety, relationship concerns, narcissistic abuse, or other emotionally intensive concerns.

Outside of work, Ellen enjoys painting, yoga and movement, video games, good food, and spending time with her dog Red (and is a big fan of all dogs). Some of her favorite values to live by are playfulness, humor, and curiosity.
